These tracks came together through absorbing myself in the world of diy banana synthesizers and shifting to recording live with no post additions. After a computer crash that lost many recordings from the past couple years, I wanted to move to a setup I could record with live, using outboard gear to "master" the tracks, or at least make them sound pretty damn good for being a live recording. The results have been varied, from chaotic noise to ambient pieces. This album is the middle ground of those sessions so far. My love for early glitch music, mostly the Mille Plateaux imprint but also shuttle358 and Maju, as well as the inspiring work of current beat makers/rhythm explorers Glia, Aummah, and N EV, really helped me find a focus in this work.

Enlightenment can be found in many ways, but perspective shift has always proven to me to be humbling. It's best to practice an open mind and ear whenever possible. The lessons learned are palpable.
